Any domestic Current Bag Co. purchase can be returned within 30 days of purchase, so long as the product is unopened and in its original packaging. If you would like to return your purchase, please contact email@example.com with your order number and we will send you return shipping postage via email. When shipped back to Current Bag Co., your return must either use the original shipping box, or a box that will fit the backpack unfolded. USPS Flat Rate Boxes are not accepted. International orders cannot be returned.
The team at Current Bag Co. is dedicated to delivering the highest quality products possible. All bags and soft goods are warranted for 90 days from the date of purchase against any manufacturing defects, while all power banks and electronic products are warranted for 1 year from the date of purchase. If your product fails due to manufacturing defect, we will repair it without charge, or replace it at our discretion. Proof of purchase is required to receive a repair or replacement of your product.
If you would like to return or repair a product covered by our warranty, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org with a photo of the manufacturing defect as well as your order number and a brief description of the issue. All return shipping of products under warranty must be pre-paid and insured. Current Bag Co. will not be liable for lost in-bound packages.
Warranty Exclusions & Limitations:
This warranty does not cover damage caused by accident, improper care, negligence, normal wear and tear, or the natural breakdown of colors and materials over extended time and use. Except for the limited warranty aforementioned or to the extent restricted or prohibited by applicable law, Current Bag Co. does not accept any other warranties. This includes any warranty of quality, manufacturing defect, merchantability, or functionality.
